Strategy Simulator
Change any value — results update instantly.
Green curves finished ahead, red finished behind. 600 sessions run per calculation; the chart shows the first 24. Notice how the average result tracks house edge × total turnover no matter which system you pick.
How to use the strategy simulator
Choose a wheel and a system.
Set base bet, bankroll, spins per session and the table maximum.
Look at the 24 sample curves, then the averages across 600 sessions.
Change the table maximum and watch Martingale's bust rate react.
Worked example in Canadian dollars
Example. Martingale with a CA$5 base, CA$500 bankroll and 200 spins: most sessions finish a little ahead, but around a third bust, and the average session loses about edge × total wagered. Flat betting with the same bankroll almost never busts and loses a similar amount per dollar wagered, just with far smaller total turnover.
About the strategy simulator
Every roulette system ever sold rearranges when you win and when you lose; none of them changes how much you lose. This simulator makes that visible. Pick a system, a bankroll and a table limit, and it plays 600 full sessions in your browser, charting a sample of them.
Martingale produces a high share of small winning sessions and a small share of catastrophic ones — the catastrophic ones pay for everything. Paroli does the mirror image. Flat betting is dull and has the lowest variance. The average result is always negative and always equal to the house edge times the total amount wagered, which is why the "edge" figure never changes across systems.
Put it into practice
Numbers are more useful with a real table in front of you. Practise on our free European wheel. When you are ready to play for real, our top pick for Canadians is Rainbet: code BOOST20 adds a permanent 20% rakeback boost that lowers the effective edge on every spin, which you can see in the rakeback calculator.
FAQ
Is the strategy simulator free?
Yes, and it runs entirely in your browser — nothing you type is sent to a server.
Are the results in Canadian dollars?
Every currency figure is in CA$. The maths is identical in any currency; only the label changes.
Where do the house-edge figures come from?
From the payout tables of each wheel: 2.70% single zero, 5.26% double zero, 1.35% French even-money, 7.69% mini. See our house edge guide for the derivation.
